Why us
The Reasons People Call Us Back
None of these are slogans. They are the habits you will notice on the day we turn up.
Licensed, bonded and insured
Washington State licensing, a bond and full insurance are all in place, so the work you hire us for is properly covered.
Advice sized to your house
If your panel has room for the charger or the new kitchen, we say so. You only pay for a bigger service when the numbers ask for one.
Faults found with a meter
When something stops working we measure until we can point at the cause. Guesswork costs you parts you never needed.
A tidy finish you can follow
Dust sheets down, holes kept small, the panel directory rewritten and a quick tour of what we changed before we go.
How it works
Three Steps, No Surprises
Most jobs follow the same simple path from your first call to a finished, inspected installation.
- 1
We walk through it together
On a free visit we look at the panel, the rooms involved and how the cable can reach them, and talk you through each option.
- 2
You get the plan in writing
The recommendation, the alternatives and the price for each come to you on paper, so you can decide without being rushed.
- 3
We wire it and close it out
The work is done on the agreed day, inspected where a permit applies, and the room is left the way we found it.
Service area
Working Across Sammamish and Next Door
Most of our jobs are on the plateau, from Pine Lake to the Klahanie side, with regular work down in Issaquah and over in Redmond. On hilltop lots the driveway and garage tend to sit well away from the panel, and that distance gets measured before any charger is suggested.

Common questions
What Homeowners Ask Us First
Why does one breaker keep tripping?
- Nine times out of ten the line is simply overloaded: a heater, a kettle and a microwave all drawing from one breaker. Less often it is a failing breaker or a loose connection that heats up. We test to find out which before suggesting a fix.
What does a panel upgrade usually cost?
- The size of the new panel, whether the meter base and service cable must change too, and how many circuits need moving all play a part. We give you the figure after seeing your setup, with the parts and labor shown separately.
Will we lose power all day during a panel swap?
- Most panel changes are a one-day job, and the power is off for part of that day while the old panel comes out and the circuits move across. We tell you the expected window in advance so you can plan around it.
Do you stand behind your installation work?
- Yes. Our installation labor is covered by a two-year workmanship warranty. If something we connected or mounted turns out to be faulty in that time, we come back and put it right with no charge for the labor. Equipment makers' warranties cover the products themselves.
Is there a charge for coming out to look?
- No. The first visit to walk through the job and talk about options is free, and you are under no obligation afterwards.
Can a charger go in a garage that is not attached to the house?
- In most cases it can. A new feeder runs out to the garage, buried or along the structure, and ends at a charger circuit or a small subpanel there. Distance and the panel's spare capacity decide the cost, and both get measured on the walkthrough.
